AGENDA
Guest Speaker : Clayton Rempel of Clayton Air Service located in Leask SK. ( 50 minutes):
He will show some videos and talk about his experience and plans for his Aerial Application business.

Club Business ( 9 minutes):
To make sure we accomplish our goals for 2019, three committees have been formed. We will feature the role of each committee and provide the opportunity for members to participate in the area of their interest.
Flying : Garth and Murray have started a Flying Committee within our club. They would like our club to have a planned flying event every summer month. To that end, a meeting will be held on Jan. 10th @ 7:00pm. This meeting will set up a framework/ schedule for flying events and communicating outside flying events within the club. At the Social, members have an opportunity to ask questions and give support through volunteering to joining the committee.
Social and Learning : Wes and Leo will lead the Social and Learning committee. This committee plans and hosts each Social and additional learning events such as the Rust Remover. The Social Committee will meet the following week to set up the year’s social events
Sharing : Harold and Doug will lead the Sharing committee. This includes Fly-A-Friend, COPA for kids, and the bursary. The Sharing Committee will meet the following week to establish the Bursary format.
