To date we have 4 planes (4 rooms) booked for this trip.

Still a few short (4 to be exact)to make the trip a go. Please let Brad know if you are planning on attending. We need to make a final decision by June 7. If we do not meet the minimum we will need to cancel the trip.

3 nights in Churchill, Bus tour of area (possibly Polar Bears), Boat trip to see Beluga whales. Time to explore Churchill on our own. CYYQ is about 600NM with a stop in Thompson for Fuel. (no Fuel in Churchill)

The hotel has 8 rooms. Most have 2 single beds. And we have use of the hotel common area as we will be the only ones there. Iceberg Inn  https://www.travelmanitoba.com/listings/iceberg-inn/4031/  It is not a fancy hotel but it is clean and comfortable.

Cost will be $ 300.00 / person for three nights hotel, Bus tour, Boat tour, pickup and delivery from the airport. Basically everything but meals. There are several restaurants walking distance from the hotel. Price is based on 16 people.

Jan and I did this fly in tour last year and had a great time. Our tour guide is Dick. he is about 70 years old and grew up in Churchill. If you are looking for the fancy buggies and 5 star accommodations this is not it. If you want to see Churchill with a local that loves his part of the county this is the tour to take.
